The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the addition of (2) corresponding single occupancy use Pre-K Restroom in Rooms 104 and 106, along with newly constructed reading nooks that will modify existing Room 105 to provide adequate space. Required trenching will also be necessary in the Corridor to extents indicated. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
