The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, new coated foamed roofing over the existing roofing system at Hamburg School. Includes scarification of existing foamed roofing, installation of new layer of sprayed polyurethane foam (SPF), new silicone layer coating, and new granules. Wet insulation removal & SPF infill at select locations of existing modified bitumen roof system. Provide a minimum new (15) fifteen-year warranty from the manufacturer irrespective of existing roof system condition. The Contract Documents define the full project scope
