The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the full replacement of the existing asphalt shingle and EPDM roof systems as well as repair and restoration of the existing wood cornice at the Montclair Administration Building. In addition, the scope includes the full replacement of the existing asphalt shingle roof system, the repair and restoration of the existing wood cornice, and replacement of the existing cupola at the Montclair community Pre-K Building.
