The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the removal & replacement of existing roof system down to the existing roof deck over the media center at Theunis Dey Elementary School. The scope also includes the removal of the existing ceiling in the media center and replacement with new, accessible ceiling, as well as removal and reinstallation of ceiling mounted devices as necessary.
