The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of the existing hot water boilers with new boilers to meet the building capacity at Frelinghuysen Middle School. Existing boiler controls, burners, breeching and all associated components, etc. will be replaced. New boiler controls will be integrated into the building automation system. Existing distribution piping will be modified as needed to connect the new equipment. Existing lighting will be replaced as necessary for code compliance. The boiler room will also receive new finishes on the floors and walls.
