The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, reconfiguring existing breeching (3) boilers and install new breeching for one existing boiler and separate breeching from the (2) other existing boilers. The new breeching for the single existing boiler will extend up to the side and extend two feet beyond the roof structure. This proposal reflects the project scope and budget found within the ROD Grand project application for this project.
