Middlesex Board of Education

The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. (HES) The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, HVAC upgrades to interior, windowless rooms 122 (PE Office), 123 (Faculty Room), and K1 (Kitchen) by adding HVAC cassette units which will provide heating, cooling, and fresh air at Hazelwood Elementary school. This project will include modifications to the electrical system and existing roof system.

2. (MHS) The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of existing Unit ventilators in 13 classrooms along the 100 Corridor in the 1958 wing at Middlesex High School. New UVs to be equipped with DX coils, replacement of associated exhaust system, BMS controls (existing front end to remain), select abatement, and modifications to the air intake as required by code.

3. (PES) The scope of this projects includes, but is not limited to, to replacement of existing Unit Ventilators in six (6) classrooms on the first floor at Parker Elementary School. New UVs to be equipped with DX coils, replacement of associated exhaust system, BMS controls (existing front end to remain), select abatement, and modifications to the air intake as required by code.

4.  (WES) The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, to the replacement of the existing Boiler at Watchung Elementary School..
