The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of the existing roofing system and installing new roofing system. The front classroom wing will be removed in its entirety down to sound substrate and a modified bitumen multi-ply roofing system with pitched rigid insulation will be installed. The gymnasium corridor wing will be removed in its entirety down to sound substrate and a standing seam metal roof system will be installed, along with vertical metal panel replacement.
