The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the conversion of the existing Little Theatre space at Glen Rock High School – Middle School into (3) Pre-K classrooms with restrooms, storage, and egress corridor. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements will be necessary for all utility connections leftover from the prior demolition/abatement work that occurred during Phase 1. Site modification will occur as required. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
