The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of existing unit ventilators in rooms 101, 102, 103, 104, and 141 to remove the risk of flooding. This includes relocation of unit ventilators, infill of existing outside air intakes, and replacement of condensing units on the roof.
