The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the purchase and installation of a 20’ x 24’ Greenhouse for Sussex Middle School to be used for educational purposes. The greenhouse will be installed on a new masonry foundation and will utilize the existing gravel pad as the floor. The greenhouse will have electricity and ventilation but no water or gas hookups. There is an exterior hose bib on the façade of the school facing the greenhouse location that can be used for watering purposes.
