Principal
Marc Parette is a licensed architect with more than 30 years of professional architectural experience which is complemented by over six years of experience as the owner of a general construction company. Marc is a licensed planner in the State of New Jersey and has offered expert opinions and testimony before municipal boards and state courts.
In his role as a principal in the firm, Marc dedicates much of his time to developing and critiquing designs. Marc is also responsible for budgeting and scheduling design services and consults on constructability and construction budgets. As a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional, Marc is responsible for sustainability strategies in the office and has developed and produced educational presentations on sustainability for commercial real estate professionals. Additionally, Marc excels in planning, interior design, real estate development, sustainability design, construction cost estimating and budgeting.
Marc maintains a strong connection with his Alma Mater, New Jersey Institute of Technology, as an appointed member of The NJ School of Architecture’s Dean’s Council. Marc is licensed in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Nevada, Michigan and Maryland. He is also a member of New Jersey Society of Architects (NJAIA); the Building Owners and Managers Association of NJ (BOMA); the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) and the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). He also holds National Certification by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
